09dat Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply between 09dat ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses 09dat's website, mobile version, or related services ("User", "you").

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" — A personal profile created by registering on 09dat.
• "Balance" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) held in your account.
• "Bonus" — Promotional credits or benefits provided by 09dat.
• "Game" — All casino, slots, live dealer, and sports betting products available on the platform.
• "Restricted Territory" — A country or region where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by local law.

1.2 Nature of Service

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create and operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, 09dat reserves the right to cancel all such accounts and confiscate any accumulated balance.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of your account.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at 09dat is ৳100 (one hundred taka). This limit applies to each payment method. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, 09dat may ask you to complete identity verification (KYC). A national identity card or other government-issued document may be required for verification. If verification is not completed, the withdrawal may be delayed or suspended.

3.4 Fraud Prevention

If fraud, a chargeback, or any unlawful activity is suspected in a transaction, 09dat reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account and notify the appropriate legal authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Claiming this bonus requires fulfilling a 10x wagering requirement.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Only bets placed on eligible games count toward the wagering calculation. Some games may contribute partially or not at all toward the wagering requirement.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers must be used within a specified period.
• A bonus offer applies only once per person, household, address, or IP address.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• 09dat reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.

4.4 VIP Program

09dat's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Advancing to a higher tier increases your weekly cashback benefit. 09dat reserves the right to change the detailed policies of the VIP membership program.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 09dat:

• Using a false identity or information when registering an account.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Artificially manipulating the bonus system or exploiting bonuses through "arbitrage" methods.
• Using computer programs, bots, or automation software to play games or place bets.
• Money laundering or transacting funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting others in operating additional accounts.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.

6.1 Suspension by 09dat

09dat reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account if a breach of terms and conditions is suspected, during an ongoing investigation, or when verification is required.

6.2 Closure at User's Request

You may request the voluntary closure of your account at any time through our customer support team. Any valid pending withdrawals will be processed before the closure.

6.3 Self-Exclusion and Self-Break

As part of responsible gaming, you may take a self-exclusion for a specified period. Once this feature is activated, it will not be possible to reactivate the account before the set period ends.
